Joseph is involved in a wide range of practice areas encompassing commercial litigation, labor & employment law and commercial transactions. His primary focus involves labor & employment law, focusing on representing employers in the defense of Title VII discrimination claims, FLSA unpaid overtime claims, OSHA complaints, ADA reasonable accommodation claims, retaliation claims and various other employment-related matters. Additionally, Joseph consults with employers and professional employer organizations (“PEOs”) on various labor-related matters.

Joseph also handles various commercial disputes, including shareholder actions, and has also represented clients in a wide range of matters, including banking, real estate, tax, bankruptcy, condominium and insurance matters. Joseph spent many years working as a banker in South Florida institutions, and can draw on that knowledge base to help further his clients’ interests.  

He also represents clients before disputes arise, by helping review, negotiate and prepare contracts, including shareholder agreements, real estate purchase and sale, employment-related agreements, and confidentiality, non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
